White Tea is made from gently dried tea leaves. It is the strongest antioxidant and very healthy for the immune system. White tea is grown in Asia, especially China. It is derived from the same plant as Green Tea and Black Tea, which are other great options for antioxidants, just not as powerful. Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which are responsible for degenerative diseases, senescence (aging), and cancers.
White Tea can also help lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, protect the heart and circulatory system, keep bones strong, maintain healthy teeth and gums, maintain healthy skin, kill bacteria and viruses, aleviate diabetes symptoms, protect against stroke.
